How long are the Recording & Live Streaming packages?
Each package covers an event up to 4 hours in length. If you expect your event to run longer, let us know when you inquire so we can discuss extended coverage options.
Is the DJ included or is it extra?
The DJ is an optional add-on for $150.00. You can bring your own DJ or music source if you prefer, or add our in-house DJ to any package for a fully curated sound experience.
How does the clean up fee work?
Clean up is optional. If you want us to handle clean up, it is $100.00 when paid prior to the event with your booking, or $150.00 if you decide and pay the night of the event. You may avoid the clean up fee entirely if you fully clean the venue after the event to venue standards.
Do I get a copy of my event if I only book Live Streaming?
Yes. Our Live Streaming package includes a recording of the live feed so you can download and share it later. For more editing flexibility and higher-quality source files, choose the Live Streaming + Recording Bundle.
How do I confirm my date?
Your date is secured once your booking is confirmed and the required payments (including any selected add-ons like DJ or pre-paid clean up) are processed. Availability is first-come, first-served.
